What We Are Looking For
We are looking for motivated, independent, and hospitable colleagues who want to give our guests a fantastic holiday. Start date: Monday, December 16, 2024, until Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
Who You Are
You are someone who loves the mountains and gets as excited about a perfect snow day as you do about a good glass of wine after work. In your free time, you’ll be found on skis, a snowboard, or walking through the snowy landscapes.
You enjoy giving guests a carefree time, are genuinely interested in people, are collegial, enjoy working in a small team, and have good communication skills.
Experience in hospitality? Always great, but we especially value your willingness to learn, your smile, and an open mind.
Who We Are
Hotel Esprit Montagne is a cozy hotel with 20 rooms, with a Dutch owner and mostly Dutch-speaking staff. Located in the beautiful Portes du Soleil ski area in La Chapelle d’Abondance, France, you have 600 km of slopes at your fingertips. Skiing from breakfast to après-ski, if you like.
Our restaurant is open to both hotel guests and outside visitors. We serve surprising three- or four-course dinners with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and we are known for our personal approach. We want our guests to feel at home without having to do the dishes (we handle that, of course).

What We Offer
- Monthly salary, accommodation, meals, and drinks
