Transfers

We provide transfers to and from La Chapelle d’Abondance. The most common arrival locations are Geneva (airport) and the Thonon-les-Bains train station (France). The transfers are available by request, because the options and price depend on the number of people, the time of the transfer and the type of transfer (private or shared).

Skiing package

Ski passes, ski rental and/or skiing lessons: we are happy to arrange it all for our guests. The vacation begins immediately upon arrival!

Let us know what ski pass you want and we will ensure that it is awaiting you when you arrive. That means you can do away with waiting times at the cash registers. If you would like to know how much the ski passes cost, check the ski pass pricelist.

To provide ski rentals, we work together with the best shop in La Chapelle d’Abondance: Trincaz Sport. We vouchers that get you a 10% discount on their wide range of skis, snowboards and shoes, but you can also go there for cross-country skiing equipment. If you come here with a transfer and you therefore do not have a car, if possible, we would be happy to bring you to the shop.

For the skiing lessons, we work together with three skiing schools here in the Vallée d’Abondance. There is, of course, the ESF La Chapelle d’Abondance, which is ideal for the beginning skier and snowboarder, or for anyone that wants a quick, one-hour lesson close to the hotel. Would you like to enjoy the entire Portes du Soleil, but do you have children, or do others in the group still need lessons? If so, then there is the ESI Châtel, which gives lessons in Pré-la-Joux. The school is ideal for those who want to learn to ski a bit better and therefore want to discover the entire PDS, but also still want some lessons. And then there is Snowride, three highly experienced instructors that only give private lessons. This is ideal if you really want to learn the finer points. So, let us know what you want and we will arrange it for you.

Late check-out

To allow you to enjoy your vacation from start to finish, we offer late check-out (if possible). Instead of 10 a.m., the latest check-out time is then not until 3 p.m. The fee for this service is 35 euros per room.
