What will you do?
As a sous-chef, you will work closely with our experienced chef Adi Jeng, who has a rich background in the culinary world. Adi has worked alongside renowned chefs in Michelin-starred restaurants and made his culinary mark on various establishments in Belgium and internationally.

Focusing on seasonal and local ingredients, you will create a unique gastronomic experience together. Everything is made in-house: from the bread rolls served at the aperitif to the ice cream for dessert, though we don’t quite milk the cows ourselves! You will assist in preparing surprising daily menus, manage mise-en-place, dinner service, and maintain hygiene standards.
